I came to work with Sarah through a sequence of synchronistic moments. My addiction to reaction, overwhelm and the upsurge of energy that stems from emotion, was something I was aiming to free myself from. Sarah was consistently warm, encouraging and considered. The work started through the introduction and awareness of the approach that Sarah teaches and through the duration Sarah really encouraged me to bring any triggering situations back in.
When I first started working with Sarah, I was broken. After 7 years of wondering every day if the cycle would ever end, the plague of thoughts that bombarded me would ever stop and if I’d ever manage to achieve a life I was happy with, I was finally willing to learn. With gentle kindness and clarity, Sarah shared with me the method which I’ve now come to value as my most precious tool – a gift I am grateful for every single day. Approaching 6 months sober, I can honestly say I don’t recognise the person I was or the existence I had. Learning how to navigate emotions and situations that I never thought I could, I approach each day safely in the knowledge that I have the ability to cope with whatever might arise – without needing to pick up a drink. Most days, I have a feeling of excitement about what the future holds – and I can’t wait to discover what I’m capable of. And it is with absolute sincerity that I owe this all to the work that I was taught, that I practice every day, and the wonderful way it was shared with me. Our weekly sessions were engaging, informative and fun. I am so grateful.
Communicating with Sarah is an enlightening experience. I am sometimes really blown away by the insights Sarah observes. Sharing her knowledge and experience has helped me so much. She is brilliant at recognising and honouring the unique talents each individual can manifest for both themselves and others, as well as offering ways to accept their more shady side. What an extraordinary gift to learn my Akashic Energetic Design. It feels like a curious mixture of a revelation and yet resonating deeply with what I already know of myself.
