USING OUR AKASHIC ENERGETIC DESIGN
I’ve always been obsessed with them since I was given mine over 3 years ago. Something literally fired up inside me. This was the small part of the Akashic Records that gave me information on my energetic design. The simplest of information to absorb that fits on one or two sheets of A4 paper which I consider to be absolutely essential for navigating this human experience right now.

ADDICTION AND ‘LISTENING’ TO YOUR BODY
Addiction to me was an external solution to an internal problem of being me. I was so uncomfortable within myself that something external was needed to divert me from the feeling of being. The strange thing was that I didn’t even recognize that I felt uncomfortable. The ways I had diverted myself from being able to feel had been going on since childhood. These were implemented by me in response to my personal experiences and trauma and then were encouraged and solidified into actual concrete ways to manage the human experience in relation to ‘other’ both by the way I was brought up and the society I was brought up in.
